5:30 PM - 6:30 PM	Yoga, Adult - Adult Yoga September 2026 This gentle yoga class will bring focus on strength, balance, mobility, alignment, posture - both on your feet and on the floor. Blending elements of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Restorative and Somatic Yoga, Tapping, and Myofascial Release, using intentional movements to awaken energy, restore functional movement, and nurture emotional well-being.  Andrea will be using a variety of props such as a: tennis ball, elastic band, foam roller, yoga block, paper towel/small soft towel. These props will help us build flexibility, openness, relaxation starting at the feet and ending at the head. You’ll also explore relaxation techniques, meditation, and a variety of breathing techniques to calm and relax the body and clear the mind to support better sleep. Find your calm, move with purpose, and feel renewed in this uplifting class for adults. 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM	Yoga, Adult - Adult Yoga September 2026 This gentle yoga class will bring focus on strength, balance, mobility, alignment, posture - both on your feet and on the floor. Blending elements of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Restorative and Somatic Yoga, Tapping, and Myofascial Release, using intentional movements to awaken energy, restore functional movement, and nurture emotional well-being.  Andrea will be using a variety of props such as a: tennis ball, elastic band, foam roller, yoga block, paper towel/small soft towel. These props will help us build flexibility, openness, relaxation starting at the feet and ending at the head. You’ll also explore relaxation techniques, meditation, and a variety of breathing techniques to calm and relax the body and clear the mind to support better sleep. Find your calm, move with purpose, and feel renewed in this uplifting class for adults. Blending elements of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Restorative and Somatic Yoga, Tapping, and Myofascial Release, using intentional movements to awaken energy, restore functional movement, and nurture emotional well-being.  Andrea will be using a variety of props such as a: tennis ball, elastic band, foam roller, yoga block, paper towel/small soft towel. These props will help us build flexibility, openness, relaxation starting at the feet and ending at the head. You’ll also explore relaxation techniques, meditation, and a variety of breathing techniques to calm and relax the body and clear the mind to support better sleep. Find your calm, move with purpose, and feel renewed in this uplifting class for adults. Blending elements of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Restorative and Somatic Yoga, Tapping, and Myofascial Release, using intentional movements to awaken energy, restore functional movement, and nurture emotional well-being.  Andrea will be using a variety of props such as a: tennis ball, elastic band, foam roller, yoga block, paper towel/small soft towel. These props will help us build flexibility, openness, relaxation starting at the feet and ending at the head. You’ll also explore relaxation techniques, meditation, and a variety of breathing techniques to calm and relax the body and clear the mind to support better sleep. Find your calm, move with purpose, and feel renewed in this uplifting class for adults.
