POUND® is designed for all fitness levels and provides an exhilarating atmosphere to LET LOOSE, TONE UP and ROCK OUT!
Classes take place at the Ferris Community Center (Brewer Auditorium) in the KEH Senior Room (use the State Street side entrance).
*Classes are billed monthly at $8.00 per class for Brewer residents, $9 per class for non-residents.
Drop-in classes are billed at $10.00 for Brewer Residents and $15.00 for non residents.
