The Brewer Parks and Recreation Department offers several opportunities for the basketball enthusiast starting with preschoolers through young-adults.
Our winter line up includes preschool basketball, instructional basketball for grades K-1, and 2-3, and competitive leagues for grades 4-5 and 6-8.
Start dates and times:
--Pre-K starts on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 4:00pm
--K-1 starts on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 4:45pm or 5:30pm
--2-3 starts on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 5:00pm or 6:00pm
--4-5 and 6-8 starts on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 5:15pm or 6:15pm
Volunteer coaches and officials are needed! If you are interested please contact emurphy@brewermaine.gov.
Open Gym is scheduled by grade every Sunday starting December 14, 2025 through February 22, 2026.
12:00pm-1:30pm - Family Shoot
1:30pm-3:00pm Grades K-4
3:00pm-4:30pm Middle and High School
