Bond            Breathe        RelaxJoin us for a gentle, supportive, yoga class designed to help new moms,                              (or caregivers), and their babies, (up to 12 months old),  connect, grow and feel great during baby’s first year.In each class you’ll enjoy: Postpartum exercises to help your body recover and rebuild Yoga postures for you and your baby together Stress management tools: relaxation, meditation, and breathing Infant massage techniques Baby yoga poses to support head lifting, sitting, crawling, standing and walking *Any loving caregiver - dads, grandparents, sitters or other family members are welcome.  Siblings may attend with baby and caregiver.
