Learn the skills and etiquette of the Goju Karate Do style.  Along with fitness, this class will further develop a student’s self confidence, self control and respect.  This class focuses on the use of karate as a way of life, not a sport.  (Uniforms are NOT mandatory (GI's).  Please make sure you are serious about continuing with classes before purchasing.)Taught by long time instructor Gary West.
