General Program Refund Policy
Any program fee will be refunded in full with withdrawal from class prior to first meeting. Refunds for withdrawals after first class will be done on a prorated basis. Any person dismissed from a program may not be entitled to any refunds. All refunds will be made by check and may take up to two weeks to process.
Please note that some programs will have specific refund policies, such as no refunds after a certain date (often with bus trips and ticket purchases) or non-refundable class materials fee.
Reminder: Credit Card Convenience Fees are non-refundable.
