Bond            Breathe        Relax
Join us for a gentle, supportive, yoga class designed to help new moms,                              (or caregivers), and their babies, (up to 12 months old),  connect, grow and feel great during baby’s first year.
In each class you’ll enjoy:
    • Postpartum exercises to help your body recover and rebuild
    • Yoga postures for you and your baby together
    • Stress management tools: relaxation, meditation, and breathing
    • Infant massage techniques
    • Baby yoga poses to support head lifting, sitting, crawling, standing and walking

*Any loving caregiver - dads, grandparents, sitters or other family members are welcome.  Siblings may attend with baby and caregiver.
